Endorsements

The following are the endorsements of Next Uprising. Although the website will refer to itself in the plural, it is (for the most part) the opinion of one person. That person is Mark Carras. I hope to have people I trust write, post photos, and inject their input more as time goes on. But in the end, this is me. It is my opinion. This is independant journalism. So the following is done as an independent journalist.

Lacey City Council, Position 7

Next Uprising believes that Carolyn Cox has the experience (chair of the Lacey planning commission), goals,  and forward thinking mindset to meet the challenges of a fast growing city what it needs.

Olympia, Washington, City Council - Position 5

With almost a quarter of a century of experience in human services, time spent with early childhood education, as well as being a leader for social services programs, Deborah Lee is the clear choice for Olympia city council. We know she isn't the only progressive candidate in this race, but she is the one who has talked with this website the most. We know her and because of that we are confidant that she would be amazing in this position.
